1. What is the purpose of this Privacy Policy??

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") provides you with information on how we collect and otherwise process your personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data”), as well as information about your rights and how to exercise them.

The processing of your Data complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, and other directly applicable legalisation governing Data protection.

3. What categories of Data do we process?

  • Registration and identification data: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, user ID, national identification number, gender reflected in the national identification number, date of birth, age, time of registration, type of the identity document, copy of the identity document, data concerning the validity of the identity document, nationality, address of residence, declared place of residence, available residence permits in Lithuania (permanent/temporary), photo in the Register of Residents, preferred language, details about the account or e-wallet held with any credit institution or other financial services institution, date and time of using the service, and details of the qualified electronic signature;
  • Anti-money laundering data: first name, last name, date of birth, national identification number, identity document details, details of the qualified electronic signature, transaction details including transaction amount, type of account and type of transaction, signature, telephone number, e-mail address, declared address of residence, copy of the identity document, a person’s photograph, information on the origin of funds and supporting documents, additional data collected when performing due diligence checks and when monitoring business relationships;
  • Account details: first name, last name, email, password, the time of the last login, the time of account creation and deletion, the date of the last update of account details, navigation habits, information on whether you agree to receive newsletters and offers, user ID, account number, details of the payment institution and e-wallet details, transaction amount, the amount and description of win, the date and time of transaction, bet or prediction ID, currency, bet or prediction amount, payout amount, tournament earnings, gambling history, authorisation data, contact details, date and time of using the service, registration and login IP address, acknowledgement that you have read this Policy and agree to the Terms of Service, log files recording your activities on this Website, and language preferences;
  • Social media data: username, comments you leave under our posts, post shares, information about “like” and “follow” clicks, post reactions, your photo, your ratings, and any other information you may provide to us;
  • Data in connection with our communication with you: email address, first name, last name (if identifiable based on the email address), user’s first and last names (if you contact us via social networks), query, request or complaint, any attachments you have sent us, call recordings, date and time of the call, duration of the call, and telephone number;
  • Job applicants’ data: first name, last name, place of residence or residential address, e-mail address, telephone number, information on the job applicant’s work experience (employer, period of employment, duties, responsibilities, achievements), information on the job applicant’s education (educational or training institution, period of education or training, education/qualification(s) obtained), information on qualification improvement (courses or trainings completed, certificates received), information on language skills, IT skills, driving skills, other competences, other information you provide in your resume, cover letter or other application documents, the person providing recommendation or feedback in connection with the job applicant, the content of the recommendation or feedback, a summary of the interview with the job applicant, the comments and opinions of the person in charge of the selection and recruitment process, and the results of the test taken by the job applicant;
  • Video data: video data captured by our video surveillance equipment (e.g. your image, time and date of your visit to our premises, personal belongings, behaviour);
  • Legal data: all of the Data listed above, documents and data which produce legal effects, communications, legal documents, procedural documents, annexes, court documents, investigative findings, information on convictions and offences, and any other Data that need to be processed as part of a legal process or in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • 4. How and why do we process your Data?

    4.1. Account registration on our Website and identity verification

    To enable you to create an account on our Website and to verify whether you have the right to use our services, we will process your Data specified below.

    4.2. Prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing

    Applicable legislation requires us to perform ongoing monitoring of customers’ business relationships and their transactions for the purpose of preventing money laundering and terrorist financing, to take risk reduction measures, and to organise gambling in accordance with the Company’s Regulation on the Organisation of Remote Gambling approved by the Gambling Control Authority under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as with other legislative requirements. For this purpose, we will process your Data as described below.

    4.7. Video surveillance

    In order to comply with the requirements of the Law on Gambling of the Republic of Lithuania and to ensure the security of people and property, we monitor our gaming venues using a video surveillance system by continuously monitoring the entrance area to the gaming venue and the areas where cash transactions take place.

    4.8. Employee selection process

    When you apply for a position within our company or we contact you about a job opportunity, we process your Data in connection with the employee recruitment and selection process.

    4.9. Complying with legal requirements and defending our legitimate interests

    If you have entered into a contract with us, we will retain your Data in accordance with the data retention periods specified in relevant legislation in order to protect our rights and legitimate interests where we need to do so. We need to store some of your Data to meet legal requirements in accounting, archiving and other areas. Where you become involved in a legal process to which we are a party, we will use these Data for the purposes of that legal process.

    5. How long do we keep your Data?

    We retain your data no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed and they are not kept longer than stipulated in applicable legislation which provides for a longer Data retention period:

  • Copies of identity documents, beneficiary’s identification data, payment recipient’s identification data, recordings of live video streams, other data obtained during identity verification, account and/or contractual documents (the originals or electronic documents saved in electronic form in accordance with the Description of the Procedure for the Selection of Paper Documents and their Storage in Electronic form) are kept for a period of 8 years from the end date of transactions or the business relationship with you (Article 19(10) of the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (LPMLTF) of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • The documents and data supporting a monetary transaction or transaction or other documents and data having legal effect relating to the execution of monetary transactions or the conclusion of transactions are kept for a period of 8 years (Article 19(11) of the LPMLTF);
  • Correspondence data relating to business relationships (e.g. email communication with you) are kept for a period of 5 years from the end date of transactions or the business relationship with you (Article 19(12) of the LPMLTF).
  • Recordings of phone conversations are stored for 6 months;
  • Candidate data are processed during the selection process and are stored for a maximum of 3 months after the end of the selection process;
  • Video surveillance data are stored for 180 days or, in the case of a claim or investigation with respect to the Company, such data may be stored until the claim is resolved or the investigation process is finished;
  • The data that are necessary for the purpose of defending our legitimate interests are stored for a general limitation of action period of 10 years (Article 1.125(1) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania), calculated in accordance with the rules stipulated by the above-mentioned legislation;
  • Other types of data are stored for a period of 3 years from the absence of activity on your account or any other action you might have taken (for example, giving consent to receive newsletters).
  • Please note: Your data may be retained for longer periods in the event of a dispute with you or other legal process or pre-trial investigation. In this case, your Data may be retained for as long as the dispute, investigation or legal process in progress.

    6. Where do we collect your Data from?

    You provide us with most of your Data we collect. Where necessary for the purposes specified below, we collect Data from other sources.

    7. Who do we share your Data with?

    Where necessary for the purposes specified above and subject to applicable laws, we share your Data with the following recipients:

  • Perlas Finance, UAB (cash deposit and/or withdrawal service provider);
  • Perlas Network, UAB (provider of maintenance, IT and other services);
  • FinnPlay Technologies Oly (provider of iGaming platform technology and services);
  • Front IT, UAB (IT service provider);
  • Providers of banking, payment and transaction services, organisations through which payments are made;
  • Providers of IT services, email, correspondence, website hosting, web content management, video steaming, marketing, analytics, work tools, cloud computing, social networking, auditing, accounting and other services;
  • Courts, tax authorities, law enforcement and other public authorities, notaries public, bailiffs, auditors, lawyers, insurance companies, data protection officers, debt collection companies who collect debt claims against our customers, parties to legal proceedingss;
  • Potential or actual successors of a business or part thereof and their authorised advisers or persons.
  • In cases where we transfer Data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a decision of the European Commission which recognises that a third country, a territory or one or more specified sectors within a third country, or an international organisation ensures an adequate level of protection for your Data. In the absence of the above decision, we may transfer your Data to a third country or an international organisation if we have put in place appropriate safeguards (for example, if we have signed standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission (Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR). In the absence of an adequacy decision or of appropriate safeguards, we will transfer your Data, if at least one of the exemptions provided for in Article 49 of the GDPR applies (e.g., you have explicitly consented to the proposed transfer).

    8. What rights do you have as far as your Data is concerned?

    Subject to the conditions, limitations and exceptions stipulated by applicable laws, you have the following rights:

    Please note: We may refuse to respond to requests received from you for the exercise of the data subject’s rights if the requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because of their repetitive character, as well as in other cases provided for by the Data protection legislation.

    9. Automated decision-making, including profiling

    We do not apply decisions based solely on the automated processing of Data, including profiling, which produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

    10. Cookies and similar technologies

    Our Website uses the following cookies and similar technologies to store information or to provide access to information already stored on your devices.
